Product Warranty Policy

Product warranties from Hortitech Direct vary depending on the product you purchase. Many of the grow supply products offer manufacturer warranties. This means that if something goes wrong with your product you can contact the manufacturer to get a repair or replacement as long as it meets their warranty conditions. 

If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, we need to take different steps to file a claim for shipping insurance. If you have ordered a greenhouse from us, please inspect the shipment carefully before accepting it. If the damage is apparent you should reject the shipment to avoid incurring the costs of returning and restocking the greenhouse. 

In any case when you need to return an item to us, you must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Always reach out to us at support@hortitechdirect.com if you have any issues with your order!

Warranty Before 30 Days

If you receive a defective product please get in touch with support within 30 days at support@hortitechdirect.com or call (541) 605-3555 to get an RMA.

Warranty After 30 Days

Product warranty is handled directly through the manufacturer for all products beyond 30 days.
